Food Donation Receipts

If you are requesting a receipt for food donated to a Feed The City or other Tango Charities event, please complete the Donation Receipt form and attach your store receipt. The receipt should include only items purchased for the Tango Charities event. Receipts containing personal purchases cannot be processed.
