There is no other volunteer opportunity like a Tango Charities Feed The City event. Our private events are perfect for team building, enhancing communication skills, and the perfect way to make a direct impact in your community.

How it works.

1. Select how you want the event to run.

There are two options for our Private Feed The City events. Host-Only provides you with the same experience as you would get at one of our Saturday morning events. Don't want to go shopping? No worries.

 

We have you covered with our All-Inclusive option. With this option, all you need to do is show up at the space where you want to host the event with the tables set up, and we take care of the rest.

  • Certified FTC Leader to Host the Event

    • Food Handler License

    • Event Insurance

  • Full Setup of Event​​

    • Presentation on Hunger

    • Music

    • Merch Giveaway

    • Philanthropic Ice Breaker

    • Food Pick-Up

    • Trash Removal (we do not sweep or vacuum

  • Supplies

    • Brown Paper Bags/Ziplocs

    • Mustard (if required)

All-Inclusive

  • Everything in the Host-Only option

  • All food supplies for the event (amount based on the number of people and length of the event)

    • Sandwich Making

      • Bread, Meat, Cheese, Chips, Mustard​

    • Snack Packs

      • Bottled water and three additional snacks ​

Pricing

Host-Only

Up to 90 Minutes: $1,250

91 - 120 Minutes: $1,500

121 - 180 Minutes: $2,000

181+: Please inquire about pricing

501c3s, Schools, and Religious organizations receive $250 off Host-Only pricing

Additional Costs

  • If an event is outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

  • 3% additional fee if paying with a credit card

  • If Tango Charities has to provide tables

  • If you would like to host an event at a partner restaurant, you will have to schedule a lunch, dinner, happy hour, or hit their food & beverage minimum

All-Inclusive

Price based on the exact amount of attendees and the time duration of the event.

We place orders with our vendors once a Private Feed The City event is paid for. Because of this, there are NO REFUNDS.

2. Select the level of the event you would like.

Classic

Our Classic menu delivers the heart of what Feed The City is all about; simple, nutritious, and made with care. Volunteers will pack turkey and cheese sandwiches, chips, and other essentials to create balanced meals that make an immediate impact in your community.

Premium

Take your experience to the next level with our Premium menu, featuring elevated, high-quality ingredients and enhanced meal components. This option adds an extra touch of care and variety, offering a more robust and flavorful meal for those receiving it.

 

Perfect for teams looking to make a greater investment and a lasting impression through their volunteer experience.

3. Confirm Date, Time, & Location

  • Check with the Tango Charities team to confirm availability for an event.

    • The date and time are officially locked in once an event is fully paid for.​

  • We can host events at:

    • Your office (confirm space with Tango Charities)​

    • Hotel Conference Rooms

    • Restaurant 

    • Most indoor locations​

  • Feed The City Events Can Happen in Any City with the Right Amount of Notice
